Training Quests

Eight new NPCs now available in Serendale that each offer a new stat-based quest!

Has it really only been a week since the streets and buildings were flooded with a set of eight new and interesting characters? Well, now those NPC’s are ready to start putting your Heroes to work with training quests! You can quest with up to 6 Heroes at a time with a max of 5 attempts at 5 stamina per attempt. Each NPC specializes in one of eight stats and if your Hero is particularly talented, they might even reward them with a stat-matching attunement crystal. In addition to crystals, your Hero might receive up to 25 gold per successful training attempt. But wait there’s more! For the next 24 hours, that drop rate has actually been doubled to 50 gold per successful training attempt.

Finally, you could receive one of the Pages of the Eternal Story, which contains a ton of wonderful and mysterious lore. Collect all ten pages to bind them into a single, collectible tome!

Pages of the Eternal Story

The Training Quests introduce a brand new reward called a “Page of the Eternal Story.” Initially there will be nine pages available, with a tenth page to launch in a future limited-time event! Players that are able to collect all 10 pages can bind them together into a new lore-based tome. We will share more details on these in the future, but these exciting new items will be limited to specific periods of time, which we will refer to as seasons. Once a season is over, these limited-time items will never be available again!

New / Improved Features:

• Now that there are a myriad of quests spread across the map, you’ll need a special place to store and track that information. So we’ve added an Active Quests log, located under your inventory, where you can see all your in-progress quests, jump to their location, or complete or cancel them directly.
• The community token list has been updated. Any additional projects that would like to be listed, please reach out to one of our Knights in Discord! (They’re good people)

Note: Part of this update involved moving fishing and foraging quests to a new contract address, to benefit from some of the great features implemented with training quests. If you have any active fishing or foraging quests, they will not show up under the quest provider but can still be fully managed in the Active Quests log.

Bugs That Couldn’t Hang:

• Resolved bridging issues for Coinbase Wallet users
• Misc bugs that we totally blazed
