Tip 1: Know what you are up against!
Always check your opponent's cards at the beginning of the match to see what abilities they have so you know what to expect! This can really help adjust your strategy.
for example if they have no “steal energy: type cards then it is safer to save up energy for big turns later!
Tip 2: Know the order in which the Axies will move
Check the move order at the top this can help you plan out your turns better knowing if your Axie will strike first helps to make a decision on whether or not to use energy on their moves
Tip 3: Count energy
Knowing your opponent’s available energy is probably the most important thing to do to make you a better player! Check the video for how this works.
Tip 4: Damage calculation
Have you ever noticed how your card ability says that it does 70 damage but when you play it you notice that it does more? Well this is because of a few reasons.
Certain class types do 15 percent more or 15 percent less damage against other types! Check video for graphs.
When you play two or more cards from the same Axie it gains a combo advantage of a few damage extra!
Using cards that are of the same type as the Axie that uses them gives 10 percent additional damage.
