Sipher Sculptures and Exclusive SIPHER Merchandise can now be redeemed by participants that contributed to the NEKO Dutch Auction within the Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond tier prices! We’ve created this guide to assist those eligible participants with the redemption process.

Sipher Sculpture Redemption

Requirements:

• Ather Labs Account. If you’ve not created yours yet, you can find a guide here.
• Set up the Polygon Network on your wallet, and possess some $MATIC (for transaction fees). If you need some help, please read our guide here.
• Connect the wallet that contains the Sipher Sculpture NFT to the Ather Labs Dashboard.
• Sipher INU or Sipher NEKO Sculpture NFT in your Crypto-wallet.
   — Note: You should already have the INU or NEKO Sculpture NFTs if you purchased a NEKO for 0.65 ETH or higher during the NEKO Dutch Auction. If you do not have a Sipher Sculpture NFT, you can purchase one from OpenSea.

Disclaimers:
- After you redeem your Sipher Sculpture NFT via the Ather Labs Dashboard, it will instantly become nontransferable and untradable.
- The individual redeeming the NFT must pay the Shipping Fee to receive the physical sculpture.

Redemption Process:

If you meet the requirements above, you can redeem your physical Sipher Sculpture by following the steps below.

Step 1 — Log in to the Ather Labs Dashboard

Step 2 — Navigate to the Portfolio Page

From the Dashboard, navigate to the ‘Portfolio’ page. This should bring you to a page like the one shown below.

Afterward, click on the “SIPHER SCULPTURE” Collection.

Depending on the Sipher Sculpture NFT in your wallet, you will see either a Sipher INU Sculpture, a Sipher NEKO Sculpture, or both.

For purposes of our example, we will be showing the Sipher NEKO Sculpture redemption process. However, the process is the same for both Sculptures.

Step 3 — Open the Sculpture NFT details

From your Portfolio page, click on the Sipher Sculpture NFT, which should display the NFT details.

Step 4 — REDEEM your Physical Sculpture

Once you are ready, click on the “REDEEM” button.

If you have more than one item that you would like to redeem simultaneously (be it merchandise or Physical Sculpture), click on the Shopping Bag button on all items you wish to redeem.

WARNING: By confirming, you will be required to approve a Polygon transaction that will effectively redeem this NFT and render it nontransferable and untradable.

If you are in agreement and would like to continue, click ‘CONFIRM’.

After the transaction has completed, you should now see a ‘Shopping Bag’ on the REDEEM Button located on the bottom right of the Sculpture NFT details page.

Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button to add this to your cart.

Step 5 — Add your Shipping Information

After you’ve clicked on the Shopping Bag button, you should automatically be brought to the page shown below.

Fill out all the required fields on the Shipping Info section that is displayed after confirming redemption. Please ensure that all shipping information and order quantity is correct. If you have more Sculptures or Merchandise to claim, feel free to add them to your order to help save on Shipping Fees!

Note: After your order is executed, all private information will be deleted from our website UNLESS you click on “Save my Recipient Info & Shipping Address for future orders”.

Step 6 — Place your Order

Click on the “PLACE ORDER” button once you are ready, and the following pop-up will be displayed.

Our Customer Service Team will send a confirmation email within the next few business days to confirm your order and request payment of the Shipping Additionally, they will assist you if you have any issues with your Shipping info.

Step 7 — Send Shipment Fee Payment

After a few business days of placing your order, you should receive an email similar to the one below.

Please follow the instructions included in the email and send your payment to the specified USDT (TRC-20) wallet address.

Note: TRC-20 is the Fungible Token standard on the Tron Blockchain. You can send this from a Tron wallet that supports USDT (TRC-20), or directly from one of the Centralized Exchanges (i.e. Binance, FTX, Kucoin, etc.)

Step 8 — Congrats!

You’ve successfully redeemed your Physical Sipher Sculpture!

You will still have possession of the NFT and it is viewable in the Ather Labs Dashboard — Portfolio. However, the claimed Sculpture will be nontransferable and untradable.

Sipher Merchandise Redemption

Requirements:

• Ather Labs Account. If you’ve not created yours yet, you can find a guide here.
• Crypto-wallet with which you contributed as a Silver-tier or higher during NEKO Dutch Auction. Eligible wallets will be those that purchased a NEKO for 0.55 ETH or higher during the NEKO Dutch Auction.

• The individual redeeming the NFT must pay the Shipping Fee.

If you meet the requirements above, you can redeem your Exclusive Sipher Merchandise by following the steps below.

Step 1 — Log in to your Ather Labs Account from the Ather Labs Dashboard

From the Dashboard, navigate to the ‘Airdrops’ page. This should bring you to a page like the one shown below.

Note: The merchandise is initially a ‘digital item’ until redeemed. They are NOT NFTs, and they are tied to your Ather Labs account and wallet.

Step 3 — Open the Merch item details

From your Airdrops page, click on the Sipher Sculpture NFT, which should display the NFT details.

Alternatively, if you have multiple merch item options available, you can redeem more than one by clicking on the toggle button on the top left of each Merchandise card.

Step 4 — REDEEM your Merchandise

If you are ready to redeem, click on the “REDEEM” button, or if you have more than one item that you would like to redeem simultaneously (be it merchandise or Physical Sculpture), click on the Shopping Bag button.
