It’s been one week since The Great Migration took place and we hope that you are enjoying the stay on Swimmer Network (Subnet), and your Battle Game experience thus far!

During the process of migration, some players faced issues during the process of bridging their assets over to Swimmer, and others encountered bugs during this period.

These issues have since been addressed with high priority to ensure players are able to continue their activities on Swimmer Network.

We appreciate the patience and support that the affected players and the community have shown us in allowing us some time to get these issues resolved. Hence, we will be running a Redemption Program for the affected players.

Details of the Redemption Program

The Redemption Program will be available for players that have encountered the following 3 issues:

1. Crabada stuck in the process of bridging over to Swimmer

Some players had their Crabada stuck during the bridging process, rendering them unable to play the Idle or Battle Game for a few days.

Status: All reported issues of Crabada that were stuck during the bridging process have been recovered

Redemption Details:
Players that were affected by their Crabada being stuck during the bridging process will be reimbursed 135 $CRA per 3 affected Crabada.

Calculation for disbursed $CRA:
{number of stuck Crabada}/3 * 135

1. The form for Crabada Stuck During Bridging will open up on 23 May 2022:

2. Fill up and submit the form.
3. Submissions will close on 28 May 2022, 7:00 AM UTC
4. Crabada will be releasing a list of eligible players and $CRA will be reimbursed by 30 May 2022, 7:00 AM UTC

2. Crabada with Incorrect Breed Counts

The Breed count for some Crabada were incorrect because parents were not successfully bridged. Some players had purchased Crabada with incorrect information about their Breed count, that resulted in higher breeding costs, or the inability to breed the Crabada.

Status: The Breeding Count bug has been resolved

Redemption Details:
An equivalent amount of $TUS that was used to purchase the affected Crabada will be reimbursed to eligible players. Please note that we will only be able to carry out reimbursements if the player currently still owns the affected Crabada. More information can be found below.

2. Fill up and submit the form.
3. Submissions will close on 30 May 2022, 7:00 AM UTC
4. Crabada will be releasing a list eligible Crabada which have been submitted through the form, and are eligible for the Redemption Program by 3 June 2022
5. A trade-in address will be provided for eligible players to send (gift) the eligible Crabada to
6. All eligible Crabada will have to be sent to the trade-in address by 6 June 2022, 7:00 AM UTC
7. We will sending an equivalent amount of $TUS that was used to purchase the Crabada to players who have successfully completed the process by 8 June 2022, 7:00 AM UTC

3. Expansion of Idle-Game team slots instead of Battle Game Crabada Slots

Crabada slots that were migrated to the Battle Game from Idle-Game team slots were supposed to be a one time thing. However due to a lapse in information, players have spent $CRAM to add team slots on the Idle-Game instead of the newly implemented flow for adding Crabada Slots to the Battle Game.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and truly appreciate our players who have expressed their support through trying to expand their Crabada Slots on the Battle Game.

Redemption Details:
Therefore, all Idle-Game team slots that were added on Swimmer Network before 22 May 2022, 00:00 AM UTC, will be added as Battle Game Crabada Slots at no additional cost.

All Crabada Slots will be added to player’s accounts by 25 May 2022, 07:00 AM UTC.

Please note that Crabada Slots for the Battle Game can only added through the Crabada Marketplace on Swimmer Network.

We WILL NOT be migrating anymore wrongly expanded slots after 23 May 2022, 7:00 AM UTC.
